Soyang BakChief of Staff
Hello, I am Dr. Soyang Bak. I am excited and grateful to be part of the Vetsavers Pet Hospital team.
In 2007, I graduated from Chonnam National University, South Korea with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. I received my veterinary license to practice in the United States in 2013, and worked for a small animal hospital in Seattle, WA. until moving to the wonderful Lone Star State.

I love all aspects of veterinary medicine, but I especially enjoy internal medicine and surgery. I truly love what I do and feel privileged to care for all the sweet furry patients. In addition to traditional veterinary medicine, I am also a Certified Veterinary Medical Acupuncturist (CVMA). I achieved my CVMA certificate in 2013 and enjoy helping many pets enjoy better quality of life through safe and effective pain control.

In my free time, I love playing with my dogs and cats, biking, swimming and traveling.

I am very eager to meet you and your fur babies at Vetsavers Pet Hospital!

Hello, I am Dr. Mace, and welcome to Vetsavers. It has been my absolute dream to provide the best quality veterinary care at a price that is truly affordable. We are fortunate to be able to provide a wonderfully modern, clean, state of the art facility where pets get the best quality veterinary care they deserve.
After working 12 years in marketing, I returned to school and achieved my lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. I graduated from the Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 – truly one of the happiest days of my life! I feel privileged that every day I can care for pets that bring so much joy to people’s lives. To aid the community, I volunteer with local shelters, and rescue groups. I practice compassionate medicine and care deeply for my patients and their pet parents. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets!

Katie Lead Technician
Hi! My name is Katie and I am a veterinary technologist at Vetsavers Pet Hospital. I was born and raised in Coppell Texas. I have always loved and cared for animals since I was a child. I’ve had a bunny named Thumper and guinea pigs named Rocky and Sporty. From childhood to high school, I took care of them and that is when I realized how much I love taking care of animals and that’s where I wanted my education and career to go. After graduating from Coppell High School, I received my Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology from McLennan Community College and in May 2019, I graduated with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Veterinary Technology from Tarleton State University.

At home, I love spending time with my family and my two dogs. I enjoy cuddling up and watching movies with my Labrador Vizsla Mix Milo, and Border Collie Whippet Mix Charlie. I am blessed to be a part of the Vetsavers Pet Hospital family.

It is awesome to know people who care deeply about animals as much as you do.

Hello, my name is Caroline! I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful team here at Vetsavers Pet Hospital. Animals have always been a passion of mine. I have been lucky enough to have been around a variety of animals throughout my childhood. When I was in high school, I took Canine Science and Vet Technician classes. I also was a member of Future Farmers of America. Currently, I own a cat named Harley and in addition, have a 100-gallon reef tank with multiple salt water fish. I couldn’t imagine doing anything different in my life than helping animals.

I am so excited to meet you and your special companion here at Vetsavers!

Hi, I’m Jennifer and I am proud to be a part of the Vetsavers family for 4 years now. Animals of all kinds have been a passion of mine for my entire life, whether it is domestic or livestock animals. I’m fascinated with animal nutrition and believe it is the foundation of their health. I am fortunate that my role allows me to be a part of helping pet owners live and happy and healthy life with their companion. When I’m not at the hospital, I enjoy time spent with my family and friends. Fishing and gardening are my outlets in addition to weekend motorcycle rides with my partner.

I look forward to meeting you and your fur family, and building long lasting relationships watching them grow.
